I’m Stewart, an experienced hospitality professional who can step into unfamiliar operations quickly, manages operations, supports service, steadies teams and helps venues keep moving in the right direction.

I’ve spent over 10 years in hospitality, leading teams, supporting venues through change and working as a General Manager. I’ve also worked in hospitality systems training and implementation, helping teams build stronger, more efficient operations.
I now offer practical relief management and FOH support, stepping into unfamiliar businesses, reading the room quickly, building trust with teams and supporting service standards under pressure.
