Our Rates

Temporary Front-of-House Support

From £19 per hour

Experienced, hands-on support for bar service, restaurant floors, events and other front-of-house operations.

Whether covering an unexpected absence, supporting a busy service or providing additional help during a planned event, support is tailored to your venue and the demands of the shift.

  • Minimum booking of five hours.

  • Additional hours charged at the agreed hourly rate.

  • Single shifts and multiple-shift arrangements available.

Temporary Supervisory Support

From £25 per hour

Practical supervisory support for venues requiring someone who can take responsibility for a shift, coordinate team members and help maintain service standards.

Suitable for short-term supervisory gaps, busy trading periods, events and planned management absences where full relief management is not required.

  • Minimum booking of five hours.

  • Additional hours charged at the agreed hourly rate.

  • Multiple-shift arrangements available.

Relief Management

From £160 per day

Experienced operational management for pubs, restaurants, hotels and other hospitality venues requiring temporary leadership.

From supporting established teams and maintaining operational standards to overseeing day-to-day responsibilities, relief management provides continuity while you focus on recruitment, business priorities or other commitments.

  • Standard day based on eight working hours.

  • Additional hours charged at £20 per hour.

  • Short-term, multi-day and extended assignments considered.

  • Responsibilities, working arrangements and handover requirements agreed before commencement.

Flexible Booking Arrangements

Support that fits the requirements of your venue.

Not every hospitality business needs the same level of cover.

A single evening shift, a week of supervisory support and a longer relief management assignment each bring different operational requirements.

For multiple-shift bookings, extended assignments or recurring support, alternative pricing arrangements can be discussed based on the duration, location and responsibilities involved.

Any agreed adjustments will be confirmed before the booking begins.

Travel, Accommodation & Additional Expenses

No unexpected extras.

Where additional expenses apply, these are discussed and agreed in advance.

These may include:

  • Travel: Mileage charged at £0.45 per mile where applicable.

  • Accommodation: Suitable accommodation provided or arranged for assignments requiring an overnight stay.

  • Meals: Meal arrangements or an agreed subsistence allowance where appropriate.

  • Bank holidays: Enhanced rates may apply, with the applicable rate confirmed before booking.

  • London and M25 assignments: Pricing may be adjusted to reflect location, travel requirements and associated costs.

No additional expenses will be charged without prior agreement.

Booking Confirmations & Payment

Clear arrangements from the outset.

Before an assignment is confirmed, the following will be agreed:

  • The service required and scope of responsibilities.

  • Assignment dates and expected working hours.

  • Applicable rates and any additional expenses.

  • Site access, reporting arrangements and relevant operational information.

  • Any specific requirements relating to the assignment.

Invoices are issued weekly unless otherwise agreed, with payment due within seven calendar days of the invoice date.

VenueReady Hospitality is not currently VAT-registered. No VAT is charged.

Changes & Cancellations

Fair arrangements for both parties.

Hospitality requirements can change, sometimes at short notice.

Where an assignment needs to be amended, postponed or cancelled, as much notice as possible is appreciated.

Cancellation charges may apply to confirmed bookings, particularly where short notice prevents alternative work being accepted.

The applicable notice periods and charges are outlined in our Booking Terms & Conditions, which are provided before a booking is confirmed.
